Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the front of the store and promote a safe environment
• Respond to and document security incidents promptly
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve guest or team issues
• Conduct theft recoveries and assist with apprehensions following policy
• Perform merchandise receipt checks to prevent theft and communicate trends
• Document all incidents in the case management system according to policy
• Operate Target's video surveillance system to monitor store activity
• Maintain safety, ethics, and compliance in daily duties
