• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Applicable state Security Officer License preferred but not required.
• One year job related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and guard community property and assets against fire, theft, vandalism and unauthorized entry.
• Inspect doors, windows and gates to ensure security.
• Patrol community property to prevent violations of security codes and safety hazards.
• Respond to security calls and incidents; take action and manage on-scene emergencies.
• Lock/unlock areas per policy and community expectations.
• Assist in emergency response procedures as needed.
