Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment.
Effective communication skills.
Work both independently and with a team.
Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

Create a friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and support peers as needed.
Promote a physical security culture and maintain safe standards storewide.
Respond to security incidents and document them promptly in the case system.
Use Target's video surveillance system and tools to monitor store activity.
Apprehend subjects per policy and perform theft recovery as needed.
Submit documentation following AP policy for all incidents.
Work safely and comply with safety policies and training.
All other duties as needed by business.
