Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience delivering guest service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and team members at front of store and on the sales floor.
• Maintain safe and secure standards throughout the store, including exterior property.
• Respond to and document security incidents accurately.
• Use escalation tools to address guest issues and maintain safe environment.
• Conduct merchandise recoveries and support apprehensions per AP policy.
• Perform receipt checks to prevent theft and shortage.
