Qualifications

• Age requirement: must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet guests, help them find what they need, and end every interaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Promote a physical security culture by upholding safe standards store-wide, including exterior property.
• Respond to incidents and document cases in the case management system accurately and promptly.
• Understand and use Target's video surveillance system and de-escalation tactics when needed.
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support following AP policies.
