Starting at $22.50 per hour, the position offers comprehensive benefits and robust training. Candidates should be 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent, and capable of flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at various distances and initiate warm interactions.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Promote a physical security culture and assess safety standards store-wide.
• Respond to security incidents and document them promptly in the case management system.
• Use Target's video surveillance system to monitor and document activities.
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support as needed.
• Perform merchandise receipt checks and identify shrinkage trends.
