Job summary

Responsibilities include de-escalation, incident documentation, and collaboration with store leadership. Candidates should meet basic education requirements and be able to pass required background checks. This position supports the AP team and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other tech as directed.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests appropriately.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Promote a physical security culture and maintain safe standards store-wide, including exterior areas.
• Respond to and document security incidents in a timely manner using case management systems.
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support as needed.
• Prevent theft and shortage by performing receipt checks and identifying trends.
