Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners and other technology.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find what they need.
• Promote safety and security across the store and document incidents promptly.
• Respond to security incidents with de-escalation tactics and record details in the case management system.
• Prevent theft by performing checks and communicating trends to the AP team.
