Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with law enforcement, military, and/or security experience.
• AZ DPS Armed Guard (Gold Card) and the AZ CCW or HR218 with annual firearm certificate.
• Ability to deescalate tense situations and write detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s values and provide concierge-level security at client locations or events.
• Deescalate tense situations and deter unauthorized access.
• Write thorough incident reports and complete investigative documentation.
• Conduct perimeter patrols, monitor CCTV, and manage access controls.
• Provide emergency response support and transport clients when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
