Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking a security professional to provide concierge-level security services for clients and events. Duties include deescalation, incident reporting, and access-control oversight while ensuring safety across assigned locations.

The role requires strong service orientation, investigative ability, and proficiency with CCTV and alarm monitoring. Flexibility for shift rotations and travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with security experience or an equivalent license.
• Concierge-level customer service and precise reporting are required.
• Experience with access control, CCTV systems, and alarm monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Provide concierge-level security at client locations and events.
• Deescalate tense situations and maintain safety.
• Write detailed incident and investigation reports.
• Oversee campus drop-offs/pickups and perimeter patrols.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with crisis planning and monitoring.
• Transport clients to/from locations as needed, and manage access controls.
• Identify equipment deficiencies and escalate as required.
