Job summary

Pinkerton in Phoenix is seeking an armed security agent to protect client locations and events, providing concierge-level security and rapid response.

You will conduct investigations, write reports, manage access control, CCTV, and de-escalate tense situations. Travel may be required; strict adherence to safety protocols. Must hold AZ DPS Armed Guard Gold Card and CCW; high school diploma; strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED with security-related experience.
• AZ DPS Armed Guard Gold Card and CCW/HR218 certification required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to write detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Provide concierge-level security at client locations and/or events.
• Deescalate tense situations and resolve conflicts calmly.
• Write detailed incident reports for incidents or variances.
• Conduct quality investigations and prepare investigative reports.
• Monitor access controls, CCTV, and alarms; review CCTV footage.
• Coordinate transport and security for on-site and event needs.
• Identify equipment deficiencies and escalate as needed.
