Job summary

Target is seeking an Assets Protection Specialist in California. You will engage guests, deter theft, and protect people and products while upholding Target's standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and fast-paced problem solving in a dynamic retail environment.

• Identify theft risks and help prevent loss through surveillance and cooperation with law enforcement.
• Demonstrate safety, inclusivity, and respectful conduct at all times.
