Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a security professional.
• Associate's degree; higher degree or certifications considered in lieu of degree.
• Thorough knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs and DoD security directives.
• Experience utilizing DISS, SWFT, and NISS; ability to train large groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive security program compliant with US government and company policies.
• Oversee daily security operations for Colorado Springs facility and offsite locations; provide training and briefings.
• Track SEAD-3 requirements; manage security reporting for travel and incidents.
• Support physical security: access control, badges, visitor processing, and onsite security activities.
• Manage COMSEC accounts, secure materials, and training for personnel; liaison with program managers and government security officers.
