Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a full-time onsite Special Security Representative at the Boulder Ground Innovation Facility to oversee security across SCIFs and closed areas supporting Space Force programs.

The role encompasses SCI management, TEMPEST/EMSEC, personnel clearance verification, incident response, and liaison duties with Government customers. A TS/SCI eligible background and 3–5+ years of security program experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 3–5+ years in security programs (SCIF/SAP/secure military).
• Proficiency with ICD 705, ICD 503, NISPOM, DoD 5205.07, TEMPEST/EMSEC.

Responsibilities

• Administer personnel, physical, information, and emissions security across SCIFs and closed areas.
• Manage accreditation, checklists, and TEMPEST compliance to ICD requirements.
• Operate SCIF security systems, access controls, and visitor programs.
• Coordinate with government customers and other agencies on security matters.
