Job summary

CA CI is seeking a Security Solutions Architect to lead the design, integration, and modernization of enterprise security tools across SIEM, EDR, PAM, and vulnerability management. Hybrid role in National Harbor, MD with three onsite days per week, reporting to the Security Engineering team and advising government stakeholders on emerging capabilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to attain DHS EOD.
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification (or planned within 6 months).
• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 12+ years experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on enterprise IT security experience (SIEM, EDR, VP, PAM, network detection).
• Experience evaluating, architecting, and integrating security tools.
• Experience presenting to client and government stakeholders.
• Strong communication and leadership with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning for cybersecurity challenges across the security tools portfolio.
• Evolve the Security Engineering roadmap and align with risk management objectives.
• Advise tool teams on configuration and integration of SIEM, EDR, PAM, and vulnerability tools.
• Evaluate and onboard security tools including Qualys within the existing environment.
• Represent the program in meetings with senior government officials and clients.
• Automate health checks, alert enrichment, and status reporting for security tools.
• Support modernization by consolidating tools and standardizing configurations.
• Introduce SOAR capabilities and develop dashboards, analytics, and API integrations.
