Hiring Our Heroes seeks a Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering Technical SME who will design secure enterprise architectures and implement cloud security solutions. Candidates should possess significant experience in enhancing security posture, with a focus on automation and compliance.

The role is hybrid: primarily located in Alexandria, VA, with some remote work allowed. Interested candidates should have at least 5 years in relevant fields and knowledge of compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in network, systems, or applications security.
• 5 years in cloud security design/implementation, preferably AWS and Azure.
• Experience with compliance frameworks like RMF, CSF, and Fedramp.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Security Reference Architecture.
• Architect cloud security solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Lead the development of security automation and monitoring tools.
