Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Full Time Security Site Supervisor for a Tech Company in Quincy, MA. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM, with a starting pay of $32.00 per hour plus paid orientation and training.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, state training/licensing, and at least 1 year of supervisory security experience (or higher education). Excellent leadership and communication are essential to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company or client vehicle.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security or related field or an associate degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening requirements for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated.
• Inspect personnel performance and contract compliance on shifts.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions and handle client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and enforce post orders.
