Job Description

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Security Site Supervisor.

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. They will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. Responsibilities include supervising site staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an empowered range.

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public
• Licensing requirements as per state/local laws, possibly required before employment
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening in accordance with laws
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Proficiency in scheduling and billing software for report generation
• Enforce contract standards and administer site safety programs
• Participate in unemployment hearings if needed
• Enforce company policies as outlined in handbooks and memos
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs/ramp/ladders, and stand/walk for long periods
