Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Assistant Site Supervisor/Operations to oversee daily security operations for a high-profile client. The role focuses on supervising the security team, enforcing policies, and maintaining secure facilities and assets at Cenovus’s site.

The position requires 3+ years in security, strong leadership, and proficiency with security platforms. Full-time schedule includes night shifts; company offers benefits after 60 days and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional security experience.
• Robust leadership and supervision skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal finesse.
• Expertise in security principles, risk assessment and emergency response planning.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with security software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist and oversee in the supervision of daily security team operations.
• Oversee and become SME in refineries camera and access control systems.
• Serve as a member of the Site Supervision Management Team.
• Devise and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization.
• Perform routine security assessments to identify risks and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor surveillance and alarm systems and respond to incidents.
• Liaise with Senior Security Advisor/Manager.
• Administer daily operational duties including payroll tracking and reporting.
