Now Hiring Full-Time Security Site Supervisor

Location: Bridgeton

Pay: $20.86 / Hour - Weekly Pay

Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday

Preferred Skills: Computer literacy, Customer service experience, St. Louis County security license

Requirements: 1 year security experience, Supervisory experience

Must have supervisory experience, be able to work all shifts, be proficient with computers, and be available for weekends.

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. They will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers, supervise site staff, and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• State and/or local licensing requirements may apply and must be met prior to employment
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology and software
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Ability to interpret and produce reports using scheduling and billing software
• Enforce contract standards and site safety programs
• Participate in unemployment hearings if required
• Enforce company policies as outlined in handbooks and memos
• Work in various environments, including cold, rain, or heat
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as needed
• Stand or walk for long periods
