Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in Henderson, KY. The role focuses on managing on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training to meet client contractual requirements.

You will ensure safety, quality and cost controls while supporting client needs and team development. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in security, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain required licenses.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state requirements for licensing.
• Minimum one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Monitor service quality and contract compliance with on-site personnel.
• Handle payroll, incident reports and security surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and take disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site Post Orders.
