Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to lead the on-site team at our Swan Island location in Portland, Oregon. This full-time role features a fixed 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

schedule, 40 hours per week, and a competitive $26 per hour wage with DailyPay available. You will focus on high-quality customer service, team leadership, and adherence to DPSST standards while coordinating daily activities and reports.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace and pass an extensive screening process
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Oregon DPSST certification required or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign day-to-day responsibilities to the team.
• Schedule and prepare performance reports and ongoing training.
• Maintain a daily log and file incident reports.
• Comply with DPSST certification standards and Oregon law.
• Support customer service needs across shifts and client environments.

• Set schedule: Full-time, Monday thru Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Days, 40 Hours

Responsibilities of a Security Site Supervisor

• Do you have previous military, law enforcement, or armed guard experience? Are able to lead and assign day-to-day responsibilities to the team?
• You are an amazing multi-task. With experience in duties such as scheduling, performance reports, continuing in-service training, crew and program evaluation, and disciplinary action.
• You understand the importance of maintaining a daily log and filing incident reports..
• You will abide by Oregon State law and Department of Public Safety Standards and Training ("DPSST") certification standards.
• You will commit to further training beyond DPSST certification standards, specifically in de-escalation techniques, mental health crisis response, trauma-informed care interventions, and social service safety net referrals if requested.

Qualifications for Security Site Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
• You have previous supervisor experience is a must.
• You have your Oregon DPSST.
• You are at least 21.
