GardaWorld is hiring a Concierge Security Supervisor in Kirkland, WA. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and coordinating shift coverage in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will supervise officers, ensure post orders are followed, and provide top‑notch customer service across all shifts. The position offers an hourly wage of $27.00, benefits including medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with company matching, PTO and holidays, disability and life insurance, plus uniform

Competenze

• Must have Security Supervisory/Managerial experience.
• Must have a valid state driver's license.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!

As a Security Supervisor - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Schedule 1 : Tuesday-Saturday 12am-8am (Graveyard) (40 hours a week / full time)
