GardaWorld Security is hiring a Surveillance Security Site Manager in North Randall, Ohio. This full-time role oversees daily security operations, with a set schedule and an hourly wage of $25.94.

The Site Manager will monitor systems, supervise officers, liaise with clients, manage reports, and respond to incidents. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S., have 2–5 years of security experience, 1–2 years of supervision, a valid driver's license, and be 21 or older, with a HS diploma

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2-5 YEARS SECURITY EXPERIENCE AND 1-2 YEARS OR MORE OF SECURITY SUPERVISION
• YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENCE
• YOU MUST BE 21 Y.O.A. OR OLDER
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Hire, Train, Schedule and Evaluate Security Officers at your Site
• Primary Liaison between Client and GardaWorld Management
• Help with Payroll and Client specific rules are being followed
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
