• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while performing access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry points, verify authorized access, and maintain records per site procedures.
• Respond to access concerns and incidents calmly and coordinate with emergency responders if needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of residential areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with residents and management and prepare activity reports.
