Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract compliance and quality of service through regular inspections.
• Prepare incident reports and assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Provide direction and disciplinary actions for personnel as needed.
• Respond to client requests and coordinate with management on productivity and costs.
