Wage: $16.00/hour

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual with prior experience as a Security Account Manager or Site Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, scheduling, and overseeing a large team of security officers.

Essential Functions

1. Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, reports filed, and notify authorities in emergencies.
2. Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees; document coaching and disciplinary actions.
3. Train Security Officers; review post orders and assignment details.
4. Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
5. Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
6. Prepare and submit reports as required.
7. Inspect posts; meet with subordinates to outline tasks.
8. Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide customer service.
9. Perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, training, planning, coaching, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and laws.
10. May perform Security Officer duties as needed.

Education/Experience

High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience. Retail experience preferred.

Competencies

• Possession of applicable security licenses.
• Knowledge of security operations, supervisory practices, and safety devices.
• Ability to motivate, learn quickly, and maintain professionalism.
• Strong organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
