HireQuotient seeks a Site Manager to oversee all security operations at a high-profile client site in Renton, WA. Reporting to the Alliance Account Manager, you will coordinate on-site staff and liaise with Alliance departments to ensure exceptional service and contractual compliance.

The role requires NYS Security Guard License, full-time schedule, and a salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 per year. Strong leadership and a proactive, safety-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in security or related leadership roles.
• Previous security management, hospitality, or related leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with incident reporting, access control, and CCTV systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site security operations and personnel.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address service concerns.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management.
• Ensure completion of incident reports, DARs, and other required documentation.
• Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and security procedures.
• Manage site inventories, equipment, badges, and supplies.
• Coordinate contractor and vendor access.
• Verify timesheets, staffing records, and billing documentation.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and operational issues.
