Job summary

ADM Security Solutions in Lexington, Texas, seeks an Account Manager/Site Supervisor to oversee Admiral Security personnel at the assigned site. You will handle contractual obligations, scheduling, payroll, supplies, training, evaluations, supervision, and site safety.

You will act as the primary liaison with the client, ensure profitable account management, and maintain thorough post documentation and reporting. The role requires leadership experience and a strong focus on client relations.

Qualifications

• Must be on-call 24/7.
• Must have completed Admiral Leadership training.
• Minimum 2 years security supervisory experience (college degree may count for half).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to operate site security programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract deliverables are met.
• Responsible for successful client relations.
• Act as the primary liaison between Admiral and client representatives.
• Ensure accounts are managed efficiently and profitably.
• Assure site employees are properly trained.
• Manage the payroll process and enter payroll as BOETA (if applicable).
• Maintain account files (personnel, operations and training).
• Address disciplinary problems and work with HR to investigate issues.
• Know facilities and post duties and emergency procedures at the site.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment at the site.
• Assist with staffing of all posts to ensure coverage.
• Schedule officers and fill vacant posts.
• Conduct inspections of officers, appearances, licenses and uniforms.
• Review daily reports and ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Audit entries for completeness and legibility.
• Review Post orders and suggest changes to senior management.
