Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel at client sites and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach, discipline, and evaluate staff; document coaching actions.
• Train personnel; review assignments and post orders with team.
• Assist in payroll and personnel submissions; ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain reports and coordinate with client representatives to meet security requirements.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
