Job summary

Sizemore Inc. is seeking a Security Site Lead to direct the Security Team Members, enforce access control, and ensure the safety of the client facility. You will observe and report violations, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.

Leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to train and supervise staff are essential. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a two-year associate degree preferred, and at least 5 years of security

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have no felony convictions.
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work multiple shifts and respond to emergencies as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct security team members to maintain client facility security.
• Enforce access control and report violations of client policies.
• Respond to emergency situations and complete required reports.
• Conduct security patrols and monitor CCTV and alarms.
• Prepare and present oral and written reports to management.
• Maintain compliance with safety requirements and client policies.
