Job Description

Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor.

The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers. Supervise staff on the assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Position Details

• Location: Atlanta, GA 30309
• Starting Pay: $18.50/hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Shift: 10p - 6a
• Days: Sunday - Thursday

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• At least 2 years of security supervisor experience
• Effective written and oral communication skills, ability to deal professionally with personnel and the public
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs
• Understanding of operating procedures and instructions
• State/local licensing requirements as applicable
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license, clean record, and ability to operate a vehicle safely
• Successful completion of background check and drug/alcohol test
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, and stand/walk for long periods
