Job Description

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Security Site Supervisor.

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. They will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. Responsibilities include supervising site staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range.

Location: Duluth, GA 30097

Pay: $17 Per Hour

Employment Type: Full Time

Shift Available: 8am - 5pm

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of prior security supervisor experience.
• This position requires driving. Must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), and the ability to safely operate a vehicle.
• Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to deal professionally with personnel and the public.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology and software for reports.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Ability to enforce contract standards and administer site safety programs.
• Physical ability to work in various environments, occasionally lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs/ramps/ladders, and stand or walk for long periods.
