Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and others; ensure post orders followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage for all posts and positions.
• Meet client representatives to verify security requirements and service quality.
• Carry out supervisory duties including interviewing, training, and performance appraisals.
