Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers and others at client sites; ensure post orders followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching actions and disciplinary actions.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel submissions as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage across posts; schedule tasks and report preparation.
