Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of security experience and a supervisory background, with strong communication and customer service skills. Starting pay is $21.12 per hour, with CPR/AED/First Aid and armed qualification preferred or obtainable on hire.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of security professional experience or military/law enforcement/corrections background.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Reading and understanding operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record if required for driving positions.
• CPR/AED/First Aid qualified or able to obtain upon hire; armed qualification with Tas er or able to obtain upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate delivery of quality services at a corporate site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of incidents and security logs.
