Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client site(s); ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions.
• Train Security Officers and review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare and submit required reports; inspect posts and outline tasks.
