Securitas USA is seeking a Supervisory professional to manage Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, conduct rounds, file reports, and coordinate with management and clients to meet security requirements.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, payroll assistance, coverage planning, and performing supervisory duties such as hiring recommendations where appropriate.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience in security preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow post orders and file required reports.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others at client sites; ensure orders and rounds are followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions.
• Train officers and review assignment details with subordinates.
• Assist payroll and personnel submissions; coordinate with management.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions; prepare and file reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements and quality service.
• Carry out supervisory duties including interviewing, training, planning, directing, coaching, and hiring recommendations.
