Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a Security Supervisor to join our team in Bowling Green, Ohio. You will supervise a shift, manage a team of security officers, coordinate training, scheduling and client service, and ensure high-quality protection for people and property.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, at least 3 years of security experience, and a valid security license. English proficiency and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• High School diploma or GED and 3 years security experience.
• Valid Security License if required by state, driver’s license as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a Client site on assigned shift.
• Manage a team of security officers, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching and development.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
