Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor for our Syracuse, NY site. You will supervise security officers, coordinate responses with client teams, and ensure the highest standards of service and safety on the distribution center floor.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of management experience, with preference for security, hospitality, or related fields. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and company perks to support you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of management experience preferred.
• CPP/PSP or related certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service and maintain high standards of service.
• Develop staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.
• Maintain operational logs, records and post orders.
• Build strong relationships with client and staff; act as liaison between GardaWorld, client, and staff.
• Participate in staff orientation, training and ongoing development.
• Support safety programs and incident response on shift.
