Pay Rate: $22.66 per hour

Job Responsibilities

The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate quality services during a specific shift at an assigned customer site. They will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within authorized limits.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and a clean record (if applicable).
• Successful completion of background check and drug/alcohol test.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, and stand or walk for long periods.
