Security Shift Supervisor Airport Patrol

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in the Santa Ana area.

**Responsibilities:**
The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. They will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers. The role involves supervising staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines.

**Qualifications:**
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare written reports and logs
- Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and a clean driving record
- Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in various environmental conditions

**Details:**
- Full-time swing shift
- Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
- Schedule: Fri-Sat 13:30-21:30, Sun-Mon 14:00-23:30, Tue 14:00-22:30 (Wed & Thu off)
