• Performs performance evaluations and training as needed.
• Ensures guard inspections and reliefs align with service contracts.
• Investigates complaints and drafts policies for management review.
• Oversees access control and CCTV operations; ensures safety and security guidelines are followed.
• Travel may be required; shift coverages may change based on needs.
