Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to manage a security team, oversee access control and CCTV operations, and ensure the safety of employees, clients, visitors and property. The role requires coordinating schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and aligning with security policies.

The position emphasizes leadership, written and verbal communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate and have typing proficiency.
• Familiar with MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Experience with security systems: access control, CCTV.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff in performance of work and provides guidance in problem resolution.
• Assigns work to meet completion dates with higher supervision approval.
• Ensures employees adhere to organization procedures, rules and regulations.
• Conducts performance evaluations for assigned staff.
• Responsible for guard inspections and reliefs under service contracts.
• Makes periodic inspections of facilities and personnel for policy compliance.
• Drafts policies and procedures for upper management review.
