Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in New York is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to lead daily security operations at our Edgewood location. You will supervise staff, assign tasks, ensure policy adherence, conduct inspections, and respond to incidents while coordinating with management.

Applicants should have a High School diploma (college degree preferred) and 2+ years in security; 6+ years if not at Broadridge.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level – High School graduate; college degree preferred.
• Experience in security industry; military or law enforcement background advantageous.
• Must be computer literate with typing proficiency and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff in performance of work and provides guidance.
• Assigns work to meet completion dates and schedules with higher approval.
• Ensures adherence to procedures and conducts performance evaluations.
• Responsible for guard inspections, reliefs, and facility compliance.
• Investigates staff complaints and drafts policies for management.
• Manages all shift activities and associate administration, including scheduling.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday 6AM–2PM, with flexibility and travel as needed.
