Job summary

The role emphasizes leadership, policy enforcement, and collaboration with management to protect assets while maintaining efficient operations. Mon-Fri 6AM-2PM with travel as needed; salary range $60,000–$65,000 plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level – High School graduate; college degree preferred.
• Experience in security with leadership responsibilities.
• Able to draft and implement security policies and procedures.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety and security of employees, clients, visitors and property.
• Conduct loss prevention assessments and identify risks.
• Develop processes to report, manage and mitigate loss and security risks.
• Oversee security activities including entry/exit controls and safeguarding facilities.
• Supervises staff, conducts performance evaluations, and manages shift responsibilities.
