QVC Group is seeking a Security Shift Leader for the HSN Fulfillment Center in Piney Flats, Tennessee. You will supervise security personnel, monitor operations, and coordinate with site leadership and HR to prevent incidents and respond effectively to emergencies.

Your role requires strong decision-making, clear communication, and the ability to work on the Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule, with a focus on safety of people, facilities, and merchandise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant security experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day security operations on the shift, assign and review work, monitor surveillance, and address security and life-safety concerns.
• Train, schedule, coach, and provide timely feedback to security staff and contractors; ensure adequate coverage.
• Coordinate security support for terminations, special events, escorts, and emergency transportation as needed.
