Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Security Shift Leader to manage security operations at the HSN Fulfillment Center in Piney Flats, TN. You will lead guards and contractors, monitor surveillance, and coordinate emergency responses, ensuring safety and accountability across the site.

The role requires at least two years of security experience with supervisory exposure, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential information. First Aid/CPR certification within four weeks is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant experience, including one year of supervisory experience in a similar environment, or a combination of seasonal developmental positions and related experience.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively under stressful or emergency conditions.
• Ability to handle confidential information and use Microsoft Office and automated systems.
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification within four weeks of hire.
• Ability to work required shifts and overtime, sit or concentrate for extended periods, climb stairs or ladders, and lift up to approximately 50 pounds.

• Train, schedule, coach, and provide timely performance feedback to security team members and contractors; maintain adequate coverage.
• Coordinate security support for employee terminations, special events, escorts, and emergency transportation as business needs require.
• Direct team response to medical, fire, hazardous-material, and other emergencies; activate the Incident Command System and coordinate with appropriate contacts.
• Review incident reports, arrange follow-up with relevant teams, and keep the security manager informed of significant events and concerns.
