Intelli-Tec Security Services Inc in Syosset, NY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone and email and coordinating with on-site managers and technicians. The role requires knowledge of company products and excellent communication, ensuring service requests are completed efficiently.

The position is 100% in-office with hours Monday–Friday, 08:00am–05:00pm.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate’s Degree required.
• Attention to detail with focused task management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Full professional working proficiency in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid Driver License with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize inbound customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Schedule service appointments based on priority and location.
• Maintain real-time updates on service tickets and notify managers.
• Keep detailed records of requests, tasks, and technician assignments.
• Collaborate with onsite managers to communicate progress and needs.
• Follow up to ensure projects meet required standards.
• Provide administrative support to technicians.
