Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Screening Review in Rialto, CA to protect clients across logistics and distribution. You will screen people, packages, and materials, maintain a professional presence, and report security concerns while supporting a secure, compliant site.

The role offers full-time hours, rotating night shifts, and a pay rate of $18.80 per hour. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are 18+ (21+ for armed), pass background checks and drug screens, and possess

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check and drug screen required.
Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, including emergency response activities.
Screen packages, shipments, and authorized personnel per site procedures.
Monitor access points and shipping areas, verify credentials, and report irregularities to site leadership.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular patrols of the distribution location, loading areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
